What is Piloxing?

It's the ultimate fitness fusion, combining the power of Pilates for core strength and sculpting with the exhilaration of boxing-inspired moves, all to incredible music. It's a fantastic workout created by women for women of all abilities – no prior experience needed!

What to expect:

  • Learn the Ropes: We'll kick things off by introducing you to some fundamental stand-up Pilates moves and boxercise techniques. No prior experience is necessary – it doesn’t matter if you are new or old to Piloxing, this is all about having fun!
  • Full-Body Workout: Get ready to sweat it out with a dynamic Piloxing class that combines the power of Pilates with the energy of boxing. You'll sculpt and tone your entire body while feeling invigorated and empowered.
  • Fuel Your Body & Soul: After our workout, we'll take a break and share some delicious homemade healthy snacks and refreshing beverages. It's the perfect time to connect with other amazing women and chat about your experience.
  • Find Inner Peace: We'll conclude the workshop with an uplifting and energizing breathwork and meditation session. Learn techniques to calm your mind, reduce stress, and boost your overall well-being.
